The Château Saint Cyrgues estate is in the South of France, near Nîmes, and boasts a picturesque view of the Petite Camargue and the Mediterranean Sea. As the southernmost vineyard in the Rhône Valley, its advantageous southern exposure promotes excellent grape maturity, contributing to the wine's distinctive character. The estate experiences a Mediterranean climate characterized by strong seasonal rainfall, with the mistral winds providing beneficial conditions for vine treatment.
Lastly, Château Saint Cyrgues's terroir includes a mix of rolled flint pebbles and clay, typical of the southern Rhône Valley. This soil supports a variety of grape types, such as Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre.
Château Saint-Cyrgues 2022
The 2022 Château Saint-Cyrgues is a red blend comprising of 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache, and 10% Marsellan (a cross of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache).
