We asked you to give us your thoughts on the cuisines you wanted to see at Spring Into Spice, and we listened. Thai food was voted second to only Caribbean foods, so our second private dinner will be at Thai restaurant, Sala Kitchen!
Let me tell you about Sala Kitchen. I have never come across a team of people whose personality is as rich and delightful as their food. We are in for an entertaining night at Sala. Between the food, the wine, and the Sala team, we are guaranteed an unforgettable pairing dinner.

The Spice Food & Wine Series is just that; a series of food and wine tastings that highlight the beauty in ethnicity, cuisine, and wine.
Imagine taking a wine made in Hungary and pairing it with an Eritrean dish or a wine made in Burgundy, and pairing it with a dish from Trinidad. This is what the Spice Food & Wine Series is.
